Veterans Remembered

Sunday, November 11th we will recognize and remember members of our parish who are veterans of our U.S. Armed Forces.  Please submit names to be honored by November 4th, to the church office.  Those who were recognized on the list last year will be brought forward to this year. Thank you.

Thirty-One Gifts Fundraiser

Starting November 1st, Melissa Mortensen will be hosting a Thirty-One Gifts party for St. Paul’s Church.  Thirty-One has a wide variety of organizing totes, storage solutions, fashionable accessories and handbags.  Great for teachers gifts, family and friends, and maybe a gift for yourself!  10% of the sales will go back to St. Paul’s and an additional 5% will be used to purchase baby and family items for North Porch & Center of Hope along with all the free products earned from the party. This will be a combo catalog and Facebook group party! Contact Melissa at, if you’d like a catalog or to be invited to the Facebook party! All orders need to be submitted before November 15th.   Orders will be ready for pick up at St. Paul’s no later than December 6th, direct and faster shipping in also an option. UTO – The United Thank Offering

The United Thank Offering is a major local, national and international outreach program of the Episcopal Church.  From now until November 25th, we will collect funds for UTO.  Individual collection boxes are available in the narthex of the church.  Take a box, place some coins in it each day when you say thank you to God for various blessings and return the box to the church at the end of November.

St. Paul’s Knitters & Crocheters

will be meeting on Tue Nov 13th at 7 pm at the home of Sarah Montemarano, 3 Sloping Hill Lane, Montvale (201-476-1720). Newcomers always welcome!   Our thanks and appreciation to Dorothy Waldt for so graciously hosting our Oct meeting at her home with 7 members attending.

Advent Progressive Dinner

An Advent Progressive Dinner for all adults, will be held on December 2, beginning at 5:00 pm. Dinners will be hosted by several parishioners at their homes. Christmas Pageant

Parts will be distributed on Sunday, November 18th. Please contact Emily Smith ASAP at or #551-404-2773, if you want to be in the pageant but cannot be here to get your part. Rehearsals will be on 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 and 12/23. Pageant will be on Christmas Eve at 4pm.

St. Paul’s Nursery School Notice
Registration is still open for 2018-2019.  Click Here.
We offer 3 & 5 day classes for young 3s, 3 & 4yr olds.  We have extended hours before & after school as well.  We always strive to adapt our program to the ever changing needs of the Nursery School families.  The school was established in 1969 as part of St. Paul’s Church and continues to serve the community by providing an excellent kindergarten readiness program.

Sunday Morning Teen Group
Meets on Sundays throughout the month, September-June. We are always looking for more members. Any teens 6th grade through high school are welcome to join, as this should be a fun year!

Pastoral Care

Sunday Altar Flowers & Bread

Memorialize the Sunday altar flowers or bread.  Sign-up on the board in the rear of the church.  Your name and your memorial will be printed in the bulletin on the Sunday you choose.

Flower Memorials – please donate $50 for the cost of the flowers.

Bread Memorials – please deliver an unsliced loaf of bread to the sacristy prior to the 10am service on the date of your memorial.
